Lordosis is the abnormal increase in normal lordotic (anterior) curvature of the lumbar spine. This can lead to a noticeable "sway-back" appearance.
Lordosis can be caused by:
1) pregnancy
2) obesity
3) prolapsed disc (disc is plates of your vertebrae/you back bone. prolapsed: means falling?)
4) medical dzs : osteoarthritis, spinal arthritis

hello there
i appreciate your enthusiasm in sharing medicine with the public. i came across a video of yours on neurology on youtube. the way you explain neuro is really in layman's term, although it's possible that loads of people out there still have no clue of what you're talking about. but anyway, be a bit more objective.. a more accurate description, so that it will sound more educative, and interesting to listen to. i really admire non-russian people learning medicine in russian!! all the best to you :)
salam, hi there...
thanx 4 sharing your "simple medicine"... find 'em really useful...
good luck 2u...

Lordosis: Its the ultimate booty!
Lordosis can also be caused by scoliosis. I have scoliosis and read on a forum talking about an "increased thoracic kyphosis and lumbar lordosis". WTF? SO I came across your useful site and now I know about lordosis. THANKS! It is very true that being in the medical field is not just about fixing the body but about empowering and communicating to others in an easy to understand way how they can help themselves.
